What is included in my plan's minutes and texts?

Tier 3 includes 500 call minutes a month, which is 150 calls at 3 minutes and 20 seconds each. Tier 2 includes 1,000 texts a month and Tier 3 includes 1,500. A text is one 160-character segment, sent or received, so a long message or a reply counts too. Tier 1 has no minutes or texts; it emails you every conversation and includes 750 conversations a month. Allowances reset on your billing date and do not roll over.

What happens if I go over?

Nothing stops. Calls keep getting answered and texts keep going out. Minutes over your allowance are 45 cents each and texts over are 3 cents each, billed at the end of the month with your next invoice. If you are heading over regularly we will tell you before the bill does, and moving up a plan is one email.

Can I set a hard limit instead?

Yes. Tell us the number of minutes or texts you never want to pass and we set it. When you hit it, calls go to your regular voicemail or forwarding number until the next billing date. Most owners choose to keep the receptionist running, because the call that goes over the cap is still a customer.

Yes. The setup fee covers the build, the testing, and your first month of service. Monthly billing starts one month after your system goes live.

Your AI receptionist answers the call exactly as it would during business hours. It finds out what the caller needs, collects their information, books an appointment if your calendar allows, and either transfers hot leads to your cell right away or lines them up for your first callback with a confirmation text to the caller.
